How can one reduce their benzo tolerance?

I have wondered about this for some time now. Is there any possible way other than abstinence? Up until early December last year I hadn't touched a benzo for about a year and my tolerance was basically zero. I was getting really nice tingly buzzes from like 30/40mg's of Diazepam but after around 1,000mg of Diazepam and around 300mg of Bromazepam intermittently and for weeks at a time, I've found my tolerance to be right back up which is rather annoying to say the least. I've heard that grapefruit juice can increase the potency of benzos but apparently only for those with slow metabolisms and unfortunately mine is not. If anybody has any tips on this I'd be grateful to hear them. Cheers Hobo
